led the design of NEXUS, Rappi Turbo B2B portal aimed at improving the operational efficiency of suppliers. We migrated an entire platform to new experiences and user flows, identifying key opportunities through research all in record time thanks to the practical integration of AI into our design process. We integrated Claude directly into our Design System, leveraging Claude Code, Gemini, Midjourney, and NotebookLM to accelerate delivery times without sacrificing quality.

Problem
The platform lacked a centralized ecosystem that allowed suppliers to efficiently manage their operations, monitor business performance, and make informed decisions. Suppliers struggled with fragmented tools, limited visibility into key metrics, manual promotional processes, inventory management challenges, and slow access to critical business information. Additionally, customer support depended heavily on human intervention, creating operational bottlenecks and increasing response times. The challenge was to design a scalable supplier experience that unified operations, improved decision-making through AI-powered insights, reduced operational complexity, and empowered suppliers to manage their business from a single platform.
