Creation of Cáritas’ first digital platform, showcasing its social impact and enabling online donations.
Problem
Cáritas lacked a dedicated website to clearly communicate the social impact of its work. The absence of a digital presence limited visibility, made it harder to engage with the community, and reduced opportunities to build trust and transparency. In addition, the organization needed a platform that would allow people to make donations online in a simple and secure way, essential to sustain their projects and expand their reach.
Solution
The design proposal focused on building an institutional website that conveyed Cáritas’ mission, with sections highlighting real stories, impact statistics, and clear ways to get involved. The site was designed with a simple, accessible, and mobile-friendly structure, prioritizing clarity and trust. Alongside this, an integrated donation platform was developed, enabling users to contribute quickly and securely through multiple payment methods, including recurring donations. The result was a digital tool that strengthened communication, enhanced visibility, and increased the organization’s capacity to raise funds and drive greater social impact.
